Just like Tai Chi Chuan, Tai Chi Sword is practised slowly and elegantly. Yet its strive on balance and stability is demanding. Despite its health-promoting aspect, it does not lose its martial elements. Much of the essences of Chinese swordmanships are emebbed in the sword form.
